I Ain'tn't Ded Yet!!

Heh.  No, not dead yet, much tot he dismay of some.  What I am, though, is stalled.  And stalled hard, I should add.  There has been little progress made since my last post with the exception of some work being done on the map and cursed items and a few nit-picky things to clean up the code a little.

I hate to admit it, but I suppose I probably should just come right out and say it: Arena Part Two is on indefinite hold until inspiration, motivation, and the free-time to act upon them return.

If, however, you have ideas, suggestions, complaints (the most likely option), or simply comments, feel free to drop them on me.  I might not reply to every single comment, but I do watch them like a hawk and always do my best to give credit where it is due if I take your idea and run with it.

Happy 2012

Happy new year, folks, and merry Christmas too, late though it may be.  Just wanted to let you all know I have survived the end of the world, and progress proceeds at its usual (snail's) pace.

Mostly, I wanted to thank you all for the encouraging comments, and apologize for not having more to report.  Things have gotten a little crazy around here, what with my recent separation from The Forces, but so long as I have a phone and a notebook, there will be progress made.

Since last time, I've broken down all of the stats so they can be affected individually (body type and build, hair length and color, things like that).  While minor, this means I can have more items and such affect people in subtle, smaller ways, rather than just turning them into a chick all in one go.  A tramp stamp tattoo that keeps the player's body shape nicely girlish without affecting anything else, for instance...*whistles innocently*

Next up is revamping the lactation system, and finally getting down to some serious work on clothing before I let myself be distracted with tweaking the TF system yet again.  Plenty of time for that later, after all.
